I’ve been advised to not confuse people by having my graphic design, artwork and interior projects all together on the same website but these are my creative outlets, so it makes sense to me to put them all together.
Fred Musik (b. 1978, England) studied graphic design at Northbrook Art College.
I freelanced as a magazine designer for 6 years working at many top London-based titles including British Vogue and GQ before buying and selling vintage furniture to clients including Selfridges. This led to designing interiors on both commercial and residential projects.
I first began creating collages of magazine images during my teenage years and I’ve worked with the medium of printed paper and printed magazines throughout my life and now work as an artist producing large scale installations and unique visual archives on sheet aluminium that explore the aesthetic of pop culture and the speed at which we absorb it.
